Job Responsibilities
The HR Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, will provide analytical expertise to the Human Resources team. The role is critical in ensuring data integrity across our systems, administering our compensation and benefit programs as well as driving improvements in HR systems. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Serves as primary HRIS resource to maintain and administer HR systems working / coordinating with IT, payroll and vendors to write reports, ensure data integrity, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Partner with vendors and internal customers to evaluate, implement and adapt systems to meet business needs
• Write and modify reports to provide detailed analysis to the HR team covering recruiting, compensation and benefits among other functions
• Administer health and 401(k) benefit programs, working with both internal customers and vendors to investigate and resolve issues
• Support the preparation and administration of annual benefits open enrollment
• Reconcile monthly insurance bills from carriers
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations (including ACA), as well as the timeliness and accuracy of required filings
• Administer the Workers Compensation policy and claims
• Conduct periodic benefit plan audits
• Provide ad-hoc compensation and benefit analysis and models
• Coordinate, benchmark and analyze compensation and promotion requests from Managers
• Support the annual compensation planning and incentive program administration, including the preparation and testing of tools and resources as well as the generation of employee communications
• Assist in the redesign and implementation of the global compensation structure
• Serve as department backup to include some filing and audit of new hire and termination paperwork
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting or a related field of study
• 3+ years of experience in a Benefits and / or Compensation Analyst role
• Hands-on knowledge working with HR systems with the ability to integrate new systems or adapt current systems to meet business needs
• Experience working in a multinational organization preferred
• Familiarity with FLSA, ERISA, ACA and other government regulations preferred
• Experience with data mining through the extraction of large data sets is a plus

Computer Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required - including excel modeling, vLookups, and Pivot Tables
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience using ERPs as well as ADP and Cornerstone is a plus.

Other Skills & Abilities:

• Keen eye for detail, with the drive for accuracy
• Ability to take large data sets, analyze and present findings in a concise and coherent way
• Excellent communication both internally with employees and externally with vendors
• Strong teamwork and project-related skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with some to little supervision
• Interact with others using a high degree of confidentiality
